The components' feed system is the first step in designing a special-purpose machine. Whether the machine is an assembler, a checker, or a packager, the pace and features of the product to be assembled are what define the type of feed.
If need be, we are capable of incorporating component feeding methods using bowl feeders, hoppers, conveyer belts, vibrating rails or fluid rails into our machines. These systems are integrated into machines such as dosing pump assembly machines for the cosmetics industry, syringe-assembling machines for the medical industry, etc.
We design and develop component feed systems using roller distribution. This sort of distribution system is ideal for guaranteeing both a high feed rate and that the elements to be assembled remain vertical. Example: Roller distribution for glass elements for a medical-industry assembly machine video
Orientation is also an issue when automating precision assembly work. Whenever the elements to be assembled do not always enable systematic orientation using conventional distribution systems, we develop a special orientation solution. Example: An orientation solution for a syringe-assembling machine video
We have also developed dosing systems for the chemical, medical and agri-food industries for injecting powder, liquids, and viscous chemicals. Example: powdered sugar dosing machines, powdered detergent filling machines, ampoule filling and counting machines, etc.
