Processes
Packaging is often the last step in your industrialization projects.
Inserting makes it possible to box the product. The box makes it possible to box the product for bulk packaging or storage. This process may be incorporated into our machines from from when the product is boxed to when the box is closed. Examples of machines that use the insertion process are powdered detergent packaging and dosing machines, connector part packaging and assembly machines with parts stored in the box, etc.
Tray insertion makes it possible to package fragile products. This process is often used for packaging lightbulbs and glass pipettes for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Example: glass syringe packaging machine
Bagging in the process mainly used for packing non-fragile products in bulk or in single packages. The pouches are most often closed by welding. Bagging is incorporated into machines such as sponge-brush bagging and assembly machines for the medical industry
Blister-packing allows multiple products be placed in a package with a single opening. Blister packing has been incorporated into machine such as pipette and syringe packaging and assembly machines, etc.
Rolling is a process used for plastic tubes and electrical cables. This process is incorporated into catheter packaging and assembly machines, and electrical wire packaging and assembly machines.
